I don't remember the name of the technician who assisted me but he told me that my service would take 45 minutes to an hour and my car was done in less than an hour. Granted I was only in for an oil change and a NYS inspection, but I've had experiences at other dealerships where even that has taken longer than expected so I appreciated the accurate estimate and timely completion.-Jon"

I got a new Pathfinder to drive while mine was being serviced and when I picked it up, it was impossible to tell that it had ever been out of my hands and that is saying a lot given how fussy I am! Randy is wonderful - EXTREMELY professional. Kelly is amazing and so on the ball. She knows everything! She keeps that dept. in line and humming right behind you. And of course, Greg is hands down the best technician I have EVER had service any of my vehicles.
